All products listed on DigiFilePro (https://digifilepro.com) are 100% digital goods. We do not ship any physical items, printed materials, or packages to your physical home address.

No shipping fees or handling charges will be applied to your order.

2. Delivery Method & Instant Access

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • Immediate Download: You will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page with instant download links for your purchased digital files/bundles.

  • Email Confirmation: A copy of your download link(s) and receipt will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Instant Delivery: In most cases, files are available immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) after checkout.

  • Email Delays: Occasionally, email delivery may take up to 15–30 minutes due to server traffic or email provider delays. Please ensure to check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your primary inbox.

4. Download Limits & Issues

  • Access Period: Your download links remain active indefinitely, allowing you to re-download your files whenever needed.

  • Missing or Broken Links: If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, or if the link provided is inactive/broken, please contact us immediately with your Order Number at supportdigifilepro@gmail.com. Our support team will re-send your files directly via email or temporary download link within 24 hours.

5. Address Requirements at Checkout

During checkout, you may still be asked to provide a billing address to complete tax calculation and payment verification. Please rest assured that no physical package will be shipped to this address.
